Tables utilize sort sets to specify the sequence in which objects are displayed. There is no requirement that a sort set be given for a table. If omitted, then all of the items are simply listed in case-independent, alphabetical order.
One sort set is used to dictate the order in which the table contents are shown. However, a separate sort set can also be specified for dynamic tables. Dynamic tables provide the ability to select items to add to the table, and the available items are presented in a list.
